Data processing policy

1. Data controller

MOLTECH, represented by Sebastián Molina Salazar, based in Cali, Colombia, is responsible for the data collected on moltech.dev.

2. What we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form: name, email, company (optional), reason and message. The site uses no advertising or third-party cookies.

3. How we use it

To answer your message and, where relevant, continue the conversation about a partnership, supply, investment or press. We never sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.

To run the site we rely on providers that may process this data outside Colombia, only on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (bot filtering) and Resend (delivering your message to our team inbox).

4. Retention

For as long as the conversation lasts and up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Your rights

Under Colombian law (Law 1581 of 2012) you may access, update, correct and delete your data, revoke your authorization, request proof of it and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

To exercise them, write to us through the contact form. We answer requests within ten business days and claims within fifteen.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll publish the new version on this page with its date.
